For 75 years, United Way of Odessa has been here for our community. Now, we’re inviting 750 people to give $75 in celebration of 75 years of service. Together, 750 gifts of $75 will provide $56,250 in support for local programs helping children, families, seniors and neighbors throughout our community.

Participating organizations can give employees the opportunity to make a one-time contribution or spread their $75 pledge across consecutive pay periods.

United Way of Odessa can provide employers with employee email copy, payroll-deduction information, breakroom posters, social media graphics, digital campaign materials and talking points.

Become an Employer Partner

  • 75 for 75 is a special anniversary campaign celebrating United Way of Odessa's 75 years of service. The goal is to secure 750 pledges of $75, representing $56,250 in support for United Way and its community partners.

  • You can make a one-time $75 gift or, through a participating employer, contribute $15 over five consecutive pay periods or $5 over 15 consecutive pay periods.

  • No. Anyone can support the campaign by making a one-time $75 gift through the online donation option.

  • Employees of participating organizations can select an available payroll-deduction option. Each employer will determine when deductions begin and provide the necessary enrollment instructions.

  • Pledges should be submitted by December 1, 2026. Payroll deductions may continue after the campaign period until the full $75 pledge has been completed.

  • Gifts support United Way of Odessa and its work with local programs addressing Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security and Community Resiliency.

  • Yes. Businesses, nonprofit organizations and public-sector employers can promote the campaign internally and offer payroll deduction when available. Contact United Way of Odessa at 432-332-0941 to learn more.
